Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Gumbati Handyman & Plumbing Services is a Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor (CFC 1426759) and a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC 1518029). We carry liability insurance and our own workers' compensation coverage.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free. For most repairs we can give you a price over the phone or from a photo. Remodels and additions get an in-person visit.
Is there a minimum job size?
No job is too small. If you have several little things, batching them into one visit is the most economical way to go.
Where do you work?
We are based in Monticello and work across Tallahassee, Wakulla County, Havana, Quincy, Madison, Greenville, Lloyd, Wacissa, and the surrounding Big Bend. For the right job we travel farther. If you are not sure, call and ask.
Do you work with property managers and businesses?
Yes. Turnovers, tenant repair calls, and light commercial work are a regular part of our schedule.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. For plumbing, additions, and structural work we pull the permit and schedule the inspections. You get a copy of everything.
